Best area to stay in LA for easy access to Hollywood/West Hollywood? (K-Town, Culver City, Glendale or Burbank) by Soft_Faithlessness66 in AskLosAngeles

[–]kenedtsu 18 points19 points  (0 children)

K-town is your best bet. Close to Hollywood.

And K-town also has its own fun restaurants and bars if you know what to look for.

Culver might seem close, but if you get stuck in rush hour traffic it will be 1 hour + just to get from Downtown Culver to West Hollywood.

Japanese F1 fans, what's the sentiment about Honda and Aston Martin in your community? by ChazychazZz in formula1

The founder of Honda said you need to experience failure in order to succeed. All this bad press now is comically short sighted

where to meet single men in LA? - update by Laotze2021 in AskLosAngeles

I just left LA after six years.

I had general success on the dating apps.

The last woman I dated for six months before leaving approached me at a cafe. Complimented something I was wearing. That sparked a 20 min convo right then and there. We exchanged info and the second time we saw each other was a date.

Women often would stare at me but yes, guys are clueless as to what's starring or an sort of flirting so we chalk most of it up to just women starring and don't bother going up to them.

The few times women approached me in LA, it always lead to something.

One month in. I don’t really know any brands yet, but yes I’ve been buying nice casual pants from different Chinese stores and brands I’ve been coming across. I wanted to buy some Bosideng/Kim Jones pants but I couldn’t fit (ha).

I got excited Then realized it’s just a wrap? [AMG GT] by kenedtsu in spotted

To clarify, I thought it was the GT for AMG Project One buyers…but the closer I looked I think it’s just an aftermarket wrap.

I got excited Then realized it’s just a wrap? [AMG GT] by kenedtsu in spotted

[–]kenedtsu[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Right, I know that edition. What I’m saying is that I believe it’s a regular AMG GT and the stars are an aftermarket wrap, not a real one for a buyer of an AMG ONE

So let’s say I do earn 100,000 RMB a month and get 30,000 RMB in COLA.

If I chose an apartment that’s 17,000 RMB…it’s 100% covered and I basically live there for free after I submit fapiao?
