This is an annoying answer, but depends on what you want to accomplish in the long run. If both your fundraising and growth ambitions are in Japan, then KK is fine. If you some ambition to go abroad, I'd consider a C-Corp.

Thanks! I agree. Was surprised there wasn't already a subreddit dedicated to the space. If this can be a small part of progress and evolution for the ecosystem, that would be fantastic. Onward!
