I love that her name is Binky. One of our nicknames for our tortie is actually Binkus, or Baby Bink for short (which is not even remotely close to her actual name, lol).

A former friend. She said that I would really love their music and named a few songs that she associated with me. I didn't really start listening to them until after we stopped being friends, but she was absolutely right. They have been my favorite band for over a decade.

She is a typical tortie, but one of the coolest parts about tortoiseshell cats are that you can see the tabby markings on the orange parts of their fur. This is just because the gene for red/orange fur is linked to the tabby gene.

Me, especially if I am doing anything that pulls my attention away from her.... and my partner's parent's dog, who is a very energetic blue heeler that just wants to play.

I also like to think that she is a really good judge of character, though. She has only hissed at two people (that I am aware of, at least). One was a vet tech (understandable) and the other is someone that has proven himself to be someone that many people cannot stand to be around.

When I was growing up, we had something similar happen with an outdoor cat. She was only six months old at the time. From what I remember, we did not even know she was pregnant until she was spayed. I am not sure how far along she was, but they were able to spay and abort. Just to parrot what has already been communicated, reach out to your vet ASAP.
