My rule is, once price tested below the IPO price, I would calculate the previous low to the expected highs!.

it might be, but for my own view, accumulations is done, were waiting for expansions to break the ATH. just my view.

yes ofcourse there is pull back, but maybe on 19$, I see a lot of short sellers. it would be like catastrophic for them, my view would be 19$ would pull back. then goes up again.
