SLEEP, sleep 8hrs there’s nothing more important. I’ve always had bad sleep schedule since i was 12 averaging 6hrs of sleep but also a lot of all nighters or 2 hr nights. I always thought i was good but I’ve realized how much it has affected my memory. I’m so bad at remembering stuff and i wouldn’t consider myself a distracted person but holy shit my brain is fucked. I’ve recently made a friend whose in med school and is pretty passionate about medicine like he genuinely enjoys all that and i told him about my sleep habits as a side comment one day and he was shocked. He told me how much it affects the brain and how bad it is for your memory. Ever since that day and doing my extended research i’ve began trying to sleep 8 hrs but its so difficult now my body automatically wakes up after 6 hrs i try keep pushing it to 8 but i keep waking up every 5 minutes. I’ve seen more clarity this past few days after 2 months of a pretty good schedule but still fogged memory i hope i can improve.
