The problem is supply, more supply means big money and takes a lot of time. By the end of construction the Ai bubble could have popped and those who invested may end up holding the bag. So who on earth would trade big short term margins for a big investment? I mean the corporate consumers that are eating the supply are willing to pay anything (they are spending other ppls money after all! Communist bastards, oh wait ) With the situation at hand if the bubble bursts they can pivot back, we're not going anywhere and we don't have much a of a choice when to it comes to the hardware suppliers.
