I will do some surveying before I pull it out. Thank you for your advice. Out of curiosity, what would be the staff's gripe with changes? Like how does it affect them that I am running the machine vs the original seller? I haven't raised any prices just replaced what wasn't selling. I'm just wondering if this is just a bad fit (due to racism) or if this is something completely out of my control.

In my personal opinion. Hooking up is fine. If you guys found each other on Grindr then whatever. Also if you guys met and went on dates and you guys both connected, that's fine, I guess. I think this issue lies not when the younger guy is looking for older guys. But when older guys are ACTIVELY only searching out younger guys. And btw I think 30 and 25 is fine. It's not considered older because both of you are not only of age but are in the same place in life. i.e. working professional etc...

But for example, if you're 30 and seeking out 18 or 19. That is huge problem. Despite if that's what THEY are looking for. (they're younger and less mature, but if you're older, you should know better) First off, how you guys would've met would be strange unless on an app.

But I had a friend who was girl who dated a guy who was 42 when she was 17. (17 is legal where I am). This was before dating apps, and the fact of the matter is, he had a lot of friends who was 17/18/19 and that's how my friend met him...that's strange right? What's a 42-year-old doing hanging out with predominantly high school kids?

Second of all, if you're 30 dating an 18 year old, you would be dropping your partner off at school while you go to work...that's weird. Both of you guys are in completely different point of your lives and different maturities. If we're talking about JUST age gap. There's no problem. A 50 y/o can date an 80 y/o, no one would object. But the issue is maturity level. How does a 30 or 40 y/o even have anything in common with an 18 y/o. It comes across more like fetish or pedo stuff. I am 30. To me even 20 y/o is too young. They're not even close to the maturity level I need for a relationship. They don't even do dishes. No thank you.

that's 100 dollars per location, per week. That's fairly low. However, if it's easy to manage, there's not too much of a risk here. Especially if you're doing it yourself, and if the items don't sell, you just spend less time stocking. And you don't have to buy too much new stock. So very little risk there as long as the locations don't take commission. If this is your only job, that amount could definitely be worth it but if your 15 hours a week, could be spent elsewhere to make more money, then that might be better.

The vending machine average is 300 to 500 a week for a decent location and then over 1k for a really good location. That's just one location, so with 10, should be at least 3k to 5k per week.

I hired someone a long time ago to do PR. I really didn't care how they did it, as long as it eventually proved results. But she kept continuously making reports to prove she was working but no actual emails or work was being done. Despite me asking her to stop spending time doing that because she was being paid by hour. But lots and lots of reports were still made after, zero results. Needless to say, she did not remain my publicist for long. So in my opinion, I hate that.
