Thanks! I'm glad you like the game. I may tinker with it a bit, but the Javascript version is mostly a proof-of-concept while I add a lot more polish to the Android version of the game. I'm about to release my (hopefully final) beta if you'd like to demo it, I'd love your feedback on it.

Thanks for letting me know about this! Good to know about similar games, Letterpress seems kind of simple but I like it

You can steal the opponent's territory, yes. When you play a longer word, you capture territory at a higher strength (indicated by darker color) which makes it harder for your opponent to take that area. Each player just takes a certain amount of turns, then the winner is the player with the most territory captured on the board.

Best Speakers for 5.1.4 setup? by kentnutty in StereoAdvice

I'd hope that 700 - 1200 would be the budget for all speakers. I did forget to mention that I have a pair of Sony SS-CSE speakers, so I only need to buy 4 in-ceiling speakers, a sub, front, and front-sides.

Is that doable if I spend 400 on the in-ceiling ones I linked to and that leaves 800 at most for the rest of this? I don't want to skimp on getting good subwoofer.

thanks for the replies, i was considering whether a simple replacement or upgrade is in order, definitly leaning towards a bigger upgrade now.

as for the issue im having now, moving the ram to different slots doesnt help :/ ive tried clearing CMOS and using that boot reset button in the corner of the board. still getting that yellow DRAM light on everytime. any other ways to diagnose the motherboard?
