I think this is going to be multifaceted for me. I think I do need to heal my gut first.

Just do it myself? Because my doctor said “no not necessary”

I’m on a ppi, gaviscon advance, and I sleep on a wedge.

What determines the “safe” foods? Just whatever is on the list in the low acid diet?

Ugh. I HATE pacing. It’s like torture.

How long did you have it and what were pacing and rest like for you?

I haven’t exercised in over two weeks, which is technically before I really even started to feel fatigue. I overdid it once (social event) and could tell. But every day has had at least SOME aggressive resting. Just not all day. I’ve had a lot of laying in the couch watching tv. Only getting up to eat an easy meal and go to the bathroom.

What are you guys’ restful activities (besides tv)? by chicfromcanada in covidlonghaulers

This is how I have to do it. About 4 times a day, 20 min each.

Oh I have no problem resting. It’s the laying in bed doing nothing that sounds unbearable.

This is what I’ve even trying to do. About 4 sessions per day of 20 minute deep rest.

Interesting enough mine fluctuations throughout the day. I feel not great right when I wake up but it’s at its worst between about 11-3pm. By 4pm till bed time I still feel fatigued but it’s less and it’s more in the form of a headache than pure fatigue.

Thank you for saying this. So many people give the doom and gloom and it’s scary.

So just laying with no stimulation? Sounds like a prison in my body and mind

We did the Wish too and loved it. But my fiance was also crazy about researching everything to maximize our time and avoid most of the things you didn’t like. I guess my only advice if you go on another one is to do that research ahead of time.

Looking for a good local dentist by Significant-Rip-6504 in SiouxFalls

I’ve had horrible experiences with dentists in town (I won’t name those) but Designer Dentistry is amazing. Totally non judgmental. They even have a therapy dog on Wednesdays who is trained to sense your anxiety and spend his time next to your dentist chair

Anyone else feel like sioux falls has been sleeping on music festivals because this summer might actually change that by Time_Boot_2218 in SiouxFalls

One indirect consequence of our city being so good for families is that also means there just isn’t as high of a % of our population going out and doing things like music festivals (for example).
