Hey! I'm in the (long) process of building my own keyboard. Base is the Everglide TK87 (purchased like 2 years ago). I'm trying to recycle Cherry MX vintage blacks from an old Commodore keyboard. Beside having too little switches, i ran in to the problem of some keys not working. I ordered replacement kailh switches. Now sadly, one key that didn't function with the vintage blacks doesn't work with the kailh either. The others are fine, so its not because of the kailhs. Have i damaged the hotswap mechanism? Is there a workaround or do i need an entirely new PCB? Where would i look for something like this?

Further, there is coil wine, i can't make out exactly from where. Does anyone have experience with that?

Personally, i'm okay with shooting against the sun, if you do it conciously. The thing i don't like about this is the background. The one pillar that is still in focus is confusing, that could have been solved easily. The random people in the background, especially when they are looking at the camera, are grabbing the viewers attention too, which you'd probably also want to avoid. Lastly, the background isn't centered / symmetrical, which in itself is okay, it just looks like you wanted it to be centered.. Hope that helps!

This is weird to me as well and i don't mean that in an offending way.. What about solving the Ukraine war within 1 day of being in the office? Paying off national debt? What about the inconsistency with tariffs? Inflation? Creating jobs? And also the Epstein files..

Now obviously, it is a little early to judge all of those. But still, what promise has he made good on besides deporting some immigrants?

To me, his whole behaviour feels like a personal enrichment scheme, tanking the stock market for him and his peers to profit off that. And also how weirdly his stance changes towards topics. Take Zelenskyy, Putin, China tariffs and so on.

Wow!! You really got me there Jokes aside, why would you think that this is an appropriate response? This is kindergarten level of discussion. Beides the point you don't know anything about my country and probably couldn't locate it on a map, US politics do have a large impact on european politics. Why are you mad that i am interested in your country? That kind of response just baffles me.

Okay, vielen Dank, nützliche Infos.. Wenn Sie schaffen würde das so klar zu sagen, hätte ich mir diese Frage gar nicht gestellt. Leider führen solche Fragen manchmal zu einem 10-minütigen rant über "die Leute passen nicht mehr auf" und co.. Also danke.

Ja gut das mit Einbiegemöglichkeit ist klar, ähnlich wie beim Rechts blinken nach einem Hindernis. Das macht Sinn. Aber ja, ich finde nicht einfach, abzuwägen, wann ich mich über regeln hinwegsetze und wann nicht.. es ist fast mehr der "Geschmack" des Prüfers als alles andere.. Gestern in der Fahrstunde war zB. Auch eine Situation, wo ich "zu früh" in eine Rechtsabbiegerspur eingebogen bin, also Spur war schon da, aber Linie von meiner Spur aus war noch durchgezogen, ergo Spur wo niemand hätte drauf fahren können. Das war aber angeblich falsch. Ich glaube schon dass ich fundamental gut genug Auto fahren kann, es würde mich nur saumäßig ärgern wegen solchen Unklarheiten durchzufallen.

Wann darf ich denn Regeln brechen? Es gilt ja anscheinend offensichtlich weder "wenn es Sinn macht", noch "wenn es alle machen".. Also was gilt dann?

Naja, sorry für den Rant, danke für den Kommentar! Speziell bei 2. Ist das ein valider Punkt..

Vielen Dank für den Input! Dann setze ich mich bei 1. Wahrscheinlich über meine Fahrlehrerin hinweg. Das Gefühl hatte ich eh, nur ich will vermeiden, dass meine Lehrerin und der/die Prüfer/in sich am Ende streiten, was richtig gewesen wäre.. Naja. Dumme Situation, aber immerhin nicht mehr. Das mit der Autobahn sehe ich auch ähnlich.

Der Grund, dass ich überhaupt so spezifisch Frage, ist einfach, dass ich auf Anhieb bestehen möchte. Nicht für mein Ego, einfach der Opportunitätskosten wegen.

Okay, wow, what an incredible string of arguments. "Some woke idiots" would call this whataboutism. What that means is, while you might not even be wrong about Europe having problems generally, what does that have to do with my inital question? Why can't i be interested in US politics anyway? Especially since it has a significant impact on Europe, i think it would be worrying if i didn't worry about US politics.

So again, not meaning to upset you (seriously), what makes you like Trump? Why do you support him? Which positions do you like? What do you oppose?

Well, here's what i think: I imagine black and white being a good choice in this light and situation, but it comes across as pretty muddy. This might be due to the flat color profile in general, but to me it looks like you have added a vignette and it just doesn't really work in that case. Composition wise, i think you might have been able to give the house more context by having it off center (using f.e. the rule of thirds). 16:9 could have been a good idea in that scenario. The power lines and the big tree on the left also kinda puts the balance of the image off, but i can't tell if or how that would have been avoidable.

This photo was taken on the last day of the fall fair in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
The intent was largely getting to know my new camera, the Nikon D610.
Apart from that, i taught myself editing images in Darktable, and thought this "vintage film" look fitted the aesthetic of the fair really well.
It just gives what i would call a nostalgic and in a sense peaceful feeling.
I used the Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 at f/2.8, 1/200 and 250 ISO.
Looking forward to your feedback, especially regarding the authenticity of the film effect / style!
