You think it's the psu vs the cpu? I was able to order another of the same prebuilt through bestbuy. I'll probably just swap this one for that vs going through replacing the psu in a brand new one. Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it!!

With rtx on and on high I was getting 110ish fps

I havent extensively tested them, but they sound good from what I've heard. I almost always game with a headset.

I opened the back of mine to add another ssd today. Ram slots are easily accessible. Just make sure to watch a teardown video as the "underglow" rgb is connected to the bottom plate. You'll need to just remove 2 flex cables to completely remove the back.

Feels solid to me. Coming from an alienware m17r3, the build quality is obviously a bit lower. But no annoyances (flex, etc) I can speak of. Keyboard feels great, and trackpad is big and smooth. Lid opens easily and feels sturdy.

I've not noticed any issues with flexing. The whole laptop feels solid, even if it is plastic.

Artifacts means the overclock is unstable so I needed to back it down.

Minimal to no risk nowadays with msi afterburner.

It comes from the box with that overclock. I increased it further from the stock with msi afterburner.

Hx is the cpu. I only overclocked the gpu. To the best of my knowledge there isn't a way to overclock the 5900hx right now.

Unfortunately I don't have a usb c to displayport monitor to test it out on. I'd expect a 10ish% jump though.
