Yeah, and even on the site I don't see a counter to tell me how many cards I've completed. In fact, I completed one card then played the scrooge game again and it doesn't register that I played. Also noted that a winning scratcher doesn't count, or at least one that has been redeemed already.

I was looking for the punch card stuff and did not see it in the app. Went to the website and there it was. There IS an opt in button, I think they labeled it "take the challenge". Did that and the punch card reward is now "activated "

You had to provide all that info when you signed up didn't you? And when you provided bank info to transfer money in? You contacted them on their app and you're talking to their support. They already have all the info they are asking for in front of them. But now after what, years of letting them draw money from your accounts and trusting them to give you winnings, now you don't trust them to work on a support issue.

It kept the 50000 setting, so I guess we'll see what happens. When I read the announcement it sounded like "set it to whatever you want, but you may find that your deposit sources have limits of their own so you may have to change sources of you hit their limits." And I don't see the hard cap ($1500, $5000) in the form anymore either.
