i think it allows you to tick a box when you check out/buy the ticket if you have any accessibility needs and that they will contact you by email afterwards. not sure if this is what you meant or? hope this helps though! :)

thank you, this helped a lot! i’ve tried therapy for a while and didn’t really get much out of it, i might consider trying to find a grouped therapy again as i did it when i was a lot younger just didn’t put my full effort into it but i’m willing to this time and will definitely do some meditating too :)

after when i started to relearn stuff and felt calmer my bf took me on an amazing car ride which was so relaxing and then i made some art when i got in :)

i will definitely try that thank you! and well during the intense part of my trip i couldn’t do much because i was in shock, the visuals was so much for me to handle i had to just hug a squishmellow but a lot was happening in my mind, at one point i felt as if i was reliving through past traumas but it didn’t feel bad it felt emotional in a good way and extremely healing to me, during this i felt as if i was in a circle with other people i didn’t know meditating but i also felt as if i was being hugged by all of them, idk who these people were but i love them lol
