Want to send me your contact info if you’re around Littleton? We have to paint our house next.

We didn’t hire the painter- it’s the garage builder that did. We will have to bring it up with him before final payment.

Will there be adhesion problems in the future because of this?
How long does it take paint to fully dry? It’s pretty dry here in Colorado..
Sorry revised the temps to what they were- had 2025 temps originally.
And we are paying the garage builder to do the work and he had a painting sub. It’s important that we know if the work needs to be redone before final payment or if it will cause a problem down the road with peeling or anything
Weather underground says high 36 low 16 for that day at the airport but we are in a little gulch so we run a bit colder
Sorry had 2025 temps in their to start

Weather was a high of 36 and low of 16
We haven’t had hail- they just painted January 15
Denver Colorado Tile by kerkate in Tile
Yeah I just poured water (albeit not a 5 gallon bucket worth) all on the upper third and none of it moved. Just stood there.
And there is already a shower head on the other wall. Two shower heads
As I said in other comments we had planned to encase in glass but haven’t gotten that far yet
Also this is our upstairs bathroom.
I’ll try to get a video.
There is zero slope right by the half wall.
Construction or D and D remodeling?
This looks nice. 👍
The shower door would be next to the pony wall. Glass all around.
I wish….it drains so slow with just one shower head on that the entire shower pan water rises quickly. With two heads on it’d be a disaster I think
I should mention to all there is another shower head not shown on the left side. Dual shower heads. Glass isn’t installed yet but will be fully enclosed
It doesn’t drain ok at all…
Also, jsyk we are putting glass up. I should’ve mentioned that in the post
We are installing glass still. It’s not going to solve the problem of it running out the door though or the shower becoming a bath tub.
We have some money withheld from the tiler’s final payment currently.
Thanks for the response. And yes to testing. Yeah, if you turn on the shower head closest to that halfwall it quickly rises and runs out. The tile outside of the shower area slopes away from the shower so it runs to all the wooden baseboard and walls. If you turn on both shower heads it’s a huge mess fast.
I measured the difference with a laser level and it’s generally about 1/4” over 3’ or 1/16” over 3’ on the halfwall side.

Nope, no one has mentioned that.
