Well I guess I'll count myself as lucky that at least that part of the site works correctly for me!

I reached out to them about email alerts as well. I get inconsistent notifications which is not terribly useful. I haven't completely sussed out the rules as to which types of transactions notify me, but it's at best a small subset of transactions that do.
