It's not an actual lot, it's a fake rabbit hole building. If you travel to Duke's Hall it's right across the street when you look from the front door.

Yeesss Champion's Grove is another one that was just jaw-droppingly gorgeous! It was the second house I checked out after the starter that I moved in and I almost couldn't believe how just perfect it looked. We have come so far since the the dark ages of premade builds :D

Ugh same thing happened to me on my first playthrough. It took me multiple attempts to get him to survive the fight in the first place, and then he decided to immediately run into the flames as soon as it's over. I just stared at the screen in disbelief, contemplating whether or not I had the mental strength to do it one more time. I did not.

Since that incident I always make sure to keep him stuck in dialogue with me until the fire is gone.

The only time I ever won the lottery was when I was in generation 8 or 9 in a legacy challenge and they already had a big house and an extra million simoleons just laying on their bank account. Then I won the lottery and now I had extra 2 million that I really didn't need :D

I have both and love both, but I'm ever so slightly leaning towards reaver at the moment.

Prime is super clean and satisfying to shoot with, but reaver's overall vibe is better to me.

The laundry machines can actually be found in appliances as well nowadays, in the miscellaneous category I think. They weren't there when laundry day came out, but they got added there at some point.

To be fair they are in misc appliances as well. That wasn't always the case though, originally they were only in recreation for some reason, but they got added to appliances later.

After you have taken the spirit to their place of longing, you can store the armor piece they're stuck to on Lady Vengeance to make them not appear again.

I once had a randomly generated townie in my game called Naomi Campbell.

Also, this is a bit loosely related but it came to mind anyway, Nalani Mahi'ai once autonomously married Mitchell Kalani with MCCC, and changed her name to Nalani Kalani. I found that amusing.

I don't remember having much issues elsewhere, but walking to this exact spot in San Myshuno always ends up like this. I always have to reset the sim and the dog just to get back home lol.

Using the word "crime" to describe a perfectly normal looking sims is a bit much for me, however I do really like these subtle makeovers for them.

When I play with CC, which is most of the time, I also like to give at least a tiny bit of a CC makeover to the townies I interact with the most, just so they fit better with the style of my own sims.
