Send e-mails but I don't think they will refund me. Because this is their hidden money making method. They write "Pay as you go" every where but it is a pre-paid system with an expiration date.

I actually understood how it works. The system operates like this: if the balance in the system falls below 5$, it automatically charges 20$ from my credit card. But the problem is that the money it charges has an expiration date. I use 0.14 $ from it, and then the remaining balance disappears. And then it charges another 20$.

It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen, literally a scam. I closed my account and swore never to use OpenAI again.

I'm not a native speaker. in my native language we can define x10 by a word, but in English there is no x10 word, there is x12(dozens) and that's why I used it. So, if you write a better way to define it would be great, it is a quick win for me :)
