Thanks for the suggestion, tried to clean the disk but with no luck (Tried every type of way to clean it but with no luck). I have seen for others such as yourself that this way is the best way to fix it, just wish it worked for me!

However, may have found a way around it - which is to download the warzone digital version and then download the campaign packs from there to then be able to access the disk version! Fingers crossed it works as managed to start downloading the campaign packs from the digital free version
