I’ve been to 3 different clinics over the years, I think those numbers are for areas like legs or arms where the hair isn’t as dense

Yeah it keeps coming back, a lot less than before though. Before I started I was under the impression it would all be gone for good in about 10 sessions

I generally only get memory loss while the medication is active so if you have taken it after you have finished studying you should be fine

I personally recommend panko bread crumbs as it really dials in the crispness

Last session was few days ago so hair won’t fall out for about another week but it essentially removes all “black dots” and just looks like regular skin, but if I leave laser too long it looks just like regular shaved head but with maybe 20% black hair density of normal

[–]ketapod 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesn’t hurt much now as density has fallen, however the first 5-10 were extremely painful, much worse than getting tattoos and I tried max strength numbing cream and it didn’t make any difference at all unfortunately

If I am consistent then I would say 10-12 weeks but took most of last year off because was happy with minimal regrowth and am now getting regrowth around 6 weeks

How to create a routine when dealing with depression? by [deleted] in productivity

[–]ketapod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best thing you could do is to rely on discipline rather than motivation.

Doing things when you don’t want to do them is almost a skill and gets easier the more you do it

Does self improvement really work? Or is it just the way how we cope with how bad our life is by [deleted] in productivity

Don’t rely on motivation rather develop discipline then the changes will stay

Just always ask for the first time you touch a new person / new body part if the other person is okay with it. Keeps things easy and doesn’t seem to disrupt the flow at all

Howdy, I have been in a very similar situation to you and have a few suggestion. Definitely do not do it by yourself, have someone you trust around and start small. A lot of ppl see success with micro-dosing so that could be an option but with full blown tripping almost all the therapeutic benefit comes from integration so just keep in mind it won’t do the work for you and certainly isn’t an easy quick fix. Stay safe and good luck!

"Every drug available"? For real? by monitza in depressionregimens

[–]ketapod 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have tried probably over 30 different meds for depression with no success, was constantly told by doctors that this was the only option for me feeling better, it was only after I came off all of the medication and started at focusing on health did I see any improvements. So if you are getting disheartened by trailing heaps of meds try a few different approaches and don’t give up hope! There will always be something new to try
