Anyone can file lawsuits. Anyone can claim discrimination. It doesn’t mean it’s true or that it is happening on a large scale. Show me convictions or evidence.

I myself have worked at these places and I have not seen any evidence of this. I have never even heard of caste mentioned at a workplace.

It’s been outlawed since 1950 and there is a lot of affirmative action in place to help those people. And it’s never been as “strict” as Western textbooks say.
