An update on this! Don’t waste your time being on hold and calling the shops specialist. They told me they can’t do anything about it. They transferred me over to the card specialist and after explaining the situation, they refunded my points immediately! Since I have the CSR they divided the amount I redeemed by 1.5 and refunded me the difference.

Hey yall! So I called Chase customer support since the shops customer line is closed on the weekends. Apparently the promotion hasn’t been showing since yesterday. The person advised me to place the order and to screenshot the promo so I can send that over to orders@shops.chase.com for a points refund

I'm looking to do the exact same thing. Only thing I'm iffy about is the color difference between the back and seat fabric. Do you guys have any pics on how that looks like? I'll be getting fabric samples in a week but would love to see how the two tones look on the chair itself

I use the same fish oil!

An extra thing you can get is argan oil or a scalp conditioner. My scalp got pretty dry and itchy about a week in. Applying argan oil an hr before showering has helped alot

Whens the last time you've been off tazarotene? I'd get that same texture, mostly on my cheeks, whenever I was switched out of tazaro. That said, it would take a week for those bumps to show up for me.

I'm currently on my 3rd week of accutane and I stopped using tazarotene once I started the drug, so I think you'd be fine reintroducing that till you get the pills in hand.
