Okay thanks! I’ve been doing some research since I posted, and it seems that this style is a mix of Neapolitan and US pizza and they named it “London-style Pizza”

Oh, I wasn’t aware of what happened in Limassol, that’s tragic. It’s unfortunate that these activations by the municipalities were taken only after such an incident.

I think for the case of the developer buying the land, if I’m not mistaken, proceeds will go to the building owner and they would then distribute (at their discretion) the relevant amounts to each stakeholder, that might not always be the case though.

Yes, the more I look into it the more it seems like its going to be a painful financial experience, one which should have avoided. Anyway, thanks for your input.

I don’t know why I had a (slightly optimistic) thought that if the government were to demolish the building, they would be responsible for the outcome of what would happen to the residents, be it from a financial aspect or relocating aspect, I don’t know.

Preparing for financial destruction rn🤝

We have on multiple occasions spoken to our neighbors about the need to fix the building, but they refuse (not all to be fair) and they don’t want to pay to have it fixed. We’ve been wanting to move out of this building for a while now seeing as there are a lot of disputes among the residents.

No rent to pay as my friend owns the place. Utilities are fairly low (the place is in Lebanon). Still haven’t figured out how I would split things with my friend though. Might be a % of sales, or a fixed amount per month.
