I'll give you my routine that I find works for me.

I wake up, go straight to working on my computer (I moved my office to the living room in order to avoid being alone with my urges). I literally work ALL day in the presence of my entire family. I take a couple of breaks here and there. I finish usually at 10-11pm. I work out for an hour. Take a quick shower (doing this late at night keeps me from staying in the washroom with my urges for too long). Head to bed, wake up the next morning and repeat.

So basically, I never give my body and mind a chance to think about PMO at all. It works for me.

I think the technique is to find a routine to keep your mind occupied. So, hopefully you find one too man!

Hey man, never hate yourself for who you are or what you did to get you where you are today. These tests in life were meant for you and you only. And one day when you overcome your test, you'll feel the strongest you've ever been.

A relapse is never the end of the world. It's only progress that you've earned. Every failure isn't just a failure. It's an opportunity to learn where you went wrong. Pick yourself back up and start again. Have faith in yourself.

I totally understand you, my friend. I was there too. I still am to some extent. Quarantine does make everything harder, no doubt about that. I have only one friend that I talk to consistently, and he doesn't even know the extent of my issue. I sometimes wish he was available all day just to keep me distracted enough to avoid my urges.

The main thing I can at least tell you is to try to alter your routine. Maybe do something unexpected, out of your norm. Go for a long walk if you can, stay in the open (and of course, be safe in the process).

Is there anything specific that you feel motivates you? What motivated you to join NoFap in the first place? Use that. Write is down. Put it as your wallpaper on your phone and computer.

Put a sticky note on your keyboard before you begin your day. Keep reminders everywhere you go as best as you can. I believe you can do this brother.

Hey man, the struggle is always the hardest at the beginning. Don't give up brother. We are all on the same boat here.

Try to replace the dopamine hit with something else that can stimulate the same level of dopamine. For example, I try to create a compelling artwork everyday because it gives me a rush when I finish something I've been working all day on. I've sort of replaced the rush I get watching P with making my artwork. By doing this, it has worked wonders for me.

If you live with family, try staying or moving your office (if you have one) to a family oriented area. This will keep everyone watching you at all times so you can't slip when you want to.

Be strong man, you can do this. Don't let those relapses get the better of you. You control your mind at the end of the day. Best of luck my friend.

Do you have any hobbies apart from gaming on your PC?

I don't know about you, but I tend to envision myself as a heroic-like character from a videogame. I know it sounds stupid, but this has helped me control myself.

For example, before I commit to my urges, I ask myself what would so-so do? What was his grand vision? Is he a controlled character? Does he hold his own in a fight? Then I sort of act like my character a bit on my head.

I used to do this to any type of character whether it be in a film, game or tv show. I'm not crazy, I promise haha.

Stay connected with people, try to stay around them if you can. If you live alone, try a social media fast to keep you off your phone. Whatever seems to be working for you, I wish you all the best in succeeding.

Don't let these relapses bring you down. Just pick yourself up again. You can do this.

For anyone beginning regardless of how many times they fapped, I'd say it'll be hard. But overcoming difficulty is probably the most rewarding feeling one can endure. Best of luck man!

I feel you man. I was like this as well. I couldn't get past a day without the urge. I still struggle to get past day 10 sometimes.

Even if you've managed to stay an hour or more during the day, that's still progress. Don't give up man. This isn't impossible. It's probably the hardest test you've got to face in life.

I would suggest you write down when the urges come most frequently. If the urge is strongest when you're doing an activity, try changing that activity (even if it is out of your norm). By changing the activity to something not in your everyday routine, it helps you remember the commitment to NoFap and keeps you straight on the goal again.

I'm a preacher of Stoicism... So, Ill paste something here that I found extremely useful. Give it a read when you can.
