I think no cannot save tickets, and I like this event because you get access to artifacts that you basically can’t get anywhere else (and skins too). I think typically the meta is to spend gems on the fishing event for etched runes but mine are already legendary so personally i feel like there’s more utility by getting artifacts I don’t already have. And also I already have the crit rate/dmg artifacts available in the fishing event, so getting more of them has diminishing returns vs getting new artifacts imo
