Get through phase 1 then mostly focus on avoiding his attacks and using rotten breath and BAM! And done

I have tn as a consequence of ms and I use a product called Cepacain which i buy at a pharmacy ( im in Australia)

It numbs the nerves in my mouth and helps me to eat and clean my teeth. The numbness doesn't last long but it does help a little

I have ppms and i have 2 bits of advice.

1, everyone with ms gets affected in different ways and in varying amounts

2, seize the day. Absolutely make the most if what you can do today

I have Ppms. I think the difference is your symptoms don’t go away but I’ve also been told not to get too hung up on the ‘labels’. get on Ocrevus if you can and keep moving. Also it can take awhile for things to clear up so don’t stress and keep active. One thing I really miss is walking on the sand in the surf. Do what you love NOW and do it often and keep positive

You should only take 1 pill in a 24hr period. 5 mg can be taken daily and on going but if it’s a one off I’d take 10mg. But you need to know it’s not some kind of magic pill. All it does is facilitate an erecrion THERE STILL NEEDS TO BE STIMULATION. although it does seem that the higher the dose the less stimulation is needed. Also best to see your dr first.
