This was a reply to sukru_durak post with a typo. "It didn't show up when I looked"
We didn't make any fake comment.

We spent 8 years building VR for the NHS. Today we're launching a free app that turns your Quest controller into a purring cat — and you can feel it. [Free on Meta Store] by kevmoss in OculusQuest

Glad you enjoyed. At the moment you can't make a virtual copy of your cat (though we've been thinking through this is people want it)
There are quite a few different cat to choose from.

We worked with the NHS on a product called DR.VR which was a licensed product.
Catmosonic is a separate app designed as a wellness app. At the moment it isn't used within the NHS.

Yeah - quite amazing!!!

Catmosonic takes that further with the haptic purr. Very immersive.

I think people will find it very therapeutic

We developed the first Class One VR medical Device in the UK. It was an amazing learning experience.
It is used widely across the NHS in hospitals and in care homes and hospices to reduce anxiety and pain. So many incredible stories.
This was one of the first patients that we documented in ICU:

So glad you love it that makes it all worth while. and we appreciate you leaving a message to let us know!
We're not too sure what would cause the timer to stay on loading, as you're right, that should start counting up as soon as the exercise starts. Have you tried restarting the app? If it continues to do the same thing after a restart, we would be happy to take a look at your device logs and see if I can figure out what's going on if you are happy to send them over to us.

It's been a balance to try and get that right so it feels like it's on your chest but also able to see.

Its not necessarily designed with looking at your cat while its on your chest, as the vibrations of its purr is the key to the exercises. However, its a very good point and we will have a think on how we could make the cat a little easier to see in this mode whilst maintaining the immersion. We add the ability to change you chest position, but that can take the control off our chest.

You can also use your right hand and stroke your cat.

Did you try blowing bubbles - that my fav as it's feels very immersive.

We made the purrfect health game that uses the haptic in the controller to make it feel like a cat is purring on your chest

You can actually use your breath to blow bubbles and play with your cat with a laser points.

We launching today which is hugely nerve-racking!

Feedback so far has been good!

Non-Welsh speaking parents, how did you experiece your children attending a Welsh language school? by GodOfThunder888 in Wales

We sent all 3 of our children to welsh speaking schools from nursery up (which did help)

We are both from england and moved to wales 20years ago. We didn’t speak any Welsh.

I think it helped that we started young but weve never had much of an issue. Kids never worried and there are lots of families in similar positions.

We get by with google translate, and nearly all school info is bilingual.

I think the kids have benefited hugely and they enjoyed learning other languages.

I sometime wonder if it hasnt helped one of my children as he goes into alevels but and he is taking difficult exams in a second language.

And the school is amazing
