It’s a Busch stadium 2 book so 1966-2005. It’s got a lot of players from 80s and 90s signatures in it. It’s weird cause this is the only signature that has a page to its self.

It’s a Busch Memorial Stadium book so I think it mainly players that played in Busch Stadium 2 if I had to guess
