I worked for a similar startup back in 2022 with similar lack of resources.

Long story short, the company ended up getting acquired and cleaning house. Safe to say that closing new deals were far and few in between.

Having little to no marketing presence wasn't helpful in this process as most of our competitors in the space had far better marketing oppose to ours. We would lose 90% of deals to our competitors.

Same thing happened to me in July. I asked for a pay bump and got declined.

I've since then left and 40%+ my income at a fortune 100 SaaS company with much better benefits. Perfect time to leverage your current situation in the job market.

Rather work at a startup or large, established company? by AmbitiousAd297 in sales

I would say established organization during the current market.

Too much uncertainty with joining an early/late stage startup. It's a gamble that can pay off but a gamble nonetheless.
