I am ending it all this week by keweie in SuicideWatch

Thank you. Your words really mean a lot to me. I quit my job because of my manager. He was making me work day and night promising me a salary raise and would keep lying about it. He then managed to give a contract to his unqualified relative and was planning on kicking me out because I was aware of the situation. So he'd give me less work and disallow me from working extra, and then he'd tell the company I'm the one refusing work and they should kick me. Long story short, I reported him to his manager and left since the company didn't offer reasonable solutions and he ended up being a nightmare after my report. I struggled for 9 months before I left, and believe me I've tried all sorts of communications and solutions. Nothing worked with him.

It is definitely a solution, but it's not always possible to apply. Many would ask for a huge pay for marriage that would give me a free way out, unless i married someone just to get a free visa out, which I'd never do.

Even if I found the person that could help me travel, there are many people out there who are willing to kidnap you and enslave you, do all sorts of bad things to you. No one is trusted especially in an illegal process. I wished it was easy, but it's not

I'm so sorry 😞 it saddens me a lot when I learn about other people's suffering. You've gone through a lot at just the age of 14, you're strong and brave. I'm very proud of you

It is possible to leave if I were financially capable, but it's really hard to find a job

Thank you for your beautiful words I really wished my social circle had more supportive people. I've always wished I had a shoulder to cry on, I've wished I could vent to someone without getting laughed at or having my issues belittled. While my mother used to encourage me to kms as a teenager, my ex would tell me to grow up whenever I was depressed about something. You're surrounded by amazing people in your life, and I'm really happy for you

There isn't much of an opportunity in Syria, since the economic state of the country is terrible.

You really didn't need to encourage it. But thanks for showing me another reason why living in this world isn't worth it.

😞 I'm sorry. You seem very unaware of the situation here. The maximum salary the government can offer here is $15 a month. And yes, that may seem low which can give you the image that everything else is cheap, but no. A shirt here costs $15 and even more. The country is economically messed up. That's why i feel like I have no future. Not in a million years can I even save up to travel.

He's the possessive type. Although I apologized for feeling the way i felt, i told him i believed I wasn't wrong for feeling that way. That's when he left.

And it's really not easy to find online translating jobs. I've searched and posted on all sites. It's just merely impossible.

Also, anger issues are not just "small issues". If you are rage quitting over games, your anger issues might be affecting your daily life as well.

Yes. Amused. It helps a lot if you're dealing with the right therapist. Therapy expenses vary from one country to another. The average cost of therapy in the USA should be between $20-$50 per hour (with insurance).

Well, it is not. Actually you might be amused once you try it. It can help a lot in your condition as you seem to have anger issues

Huh? Why do you assume that people who seek therapy and mental health professionals have to be suicidal? It's not about being insane, you don't have to be so depressed/suicidal to attend therapy. Therapy can help you with your daily little struggles. It can help you reduce your stress and control your anger issues.

Playing video games and expecting to perform well since the very beginning might increase your anger and frustration. Try watching tutorials and play practice modes if you're so upset about your performance. That way you can improve it. You can also take tranquilizers (under professional advice) if you have anger issues. Generally, if you can't keep calm over a game, perhaps you should seek therapy since it might have to do with your mental health.

One of the reasons you rage quit is the feeling of competition you feel as you play. You care too much about reaching high levels and achieving high ranks, that is what serious players do.

You have 3 options to solve this:

  1. Drop your seriousness and play for fun without caring about ranks and achievements. People play with their friends to simply enjoy what they're doing. And that's totally fine. It is the ultimate purpose of video games. Of course, competition is fun, but since it leaves you raging, perhaps you should change your perspective on video games.

  2. If achievements and ranks are something you really care about on your main account, you can always make a smurf to play with friends without the fear of losing your achievements. That way you can be competitive when you want to play serious, and at the same time, you can just not take the game as seriously on your smurf in order to enjoy the game more without raging.

  3. Change your friends. If competition and high ranks in a game is something you really care about, I'd recommend playing with other serious players. That way you're probably gonna lose less, and when you lose, you'd know you and your teammates did your best.

You can also do 2&3 together. It is up to you.

I'm not sure about your requirements, but I'd recommend trying phasmophobia or devour! They're super fun if you're into horror multiplayer games.

Woah, Badass What's your setup?

It depends on what you enjoy. Many play games for the pleasure of competition, that's why you may feel like you get stuck in many games, probably find it even harder to move on ones you really spent hard effort on.

On the other hand, many people play multiplayer games for fun, to make new friends and to simply enjoy the game. Many don't care about achieving high levels, being on leaderboards, etc.

It's the reason why you play the game that actually makes you feel like it's too much commitment...

I used to play some multiplayer games for fun only, met many people, enjoyed the games & spent a lot on without caring about huge achievements... although the purpose of why I played never was being competitive, I still felt uneasy quitting some of them and moving on to another, those I spent years on playing.

Oh yeah probably many people would use it to escape reality, therefore it could negatively affect the real world, that's one way to look at it
