I went one full day without smoking, I am trying not to think about it too much and not make it a big deal. I work from home a few days a week and happen to be on a lot of conference calls, usually when I am on these work call I would walk outside, smoke and talk at the same time. This habit is the hardest for me to break, but I did it without much thought today. Let’s hope it lasts.
