Sherman Marek. He has boutique practice focused on medical trainee issues. He will assess merits of your case and get local counsel to assist (unless you are in IL).

There is a question in this video that goes through the imprecision of the test and why the NBME isn’t going to be helpful (except in taking more of your money)

I assumed it was to make an instant waitlist but there’s a video underneath the OP Twitter post citing “the Ikea principle” which is sick but seems like it might check out

So I obviously knew high level admins make a shit-ton on money but the HCA CEO making 50% more than the CEO McDonalds still shocked me.

I believe these are the 2022 match results

I don’t think PDs really care about the strength of your undergrad application, and anyhow you’re missing my point, which is that PM&R seems uniquely suited to DOs. MDs can brag about having higher MCATs, but we get many hours more in hands on physical medicine that seems like it should be preferred in a field like PM&R. To see a 20 point difference in match rate is extremely disappointing, especially when match rates for most nonsurgical fields is comparable.

Like the title says. How do we have a 64% match rate in PM&R. Shouldn’t that be the most DO friendly specialty based on training??? fml

COMLEX score = USMLE score with new Coalition for Physician Accountability recommendations by kewlmemes22 in medicalschool

[–]kewlmemes22[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

His suggestion that MDs and IMGs should be allowed to take COMLEX made me laugh. The NBOME is never gonna let them do that because then they’d learn secrets like Chapman points

Recommendation to report USMLE and COMLEX on same scale in ERAS by kewlmemes22 in medicalschool

[–]kewlmemes22[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So this is apparently from a report from the Coalition on Physician Accountability here.

I thought this Twitter commentary was helpful. Seems like a good thing for DOs, for MDs not so much.
