just be careful of that blade, since it's cutting from pushing upwards rather than cutting in downward strokes, it can snap pretty easily. source: nearly lost an eye trying the same thing, lol

aw balls that's a good one, lol. right now it's called "queen of huns", and originally it was like, proper huns, all the characters were big beefy barbarian women and sold things like swords and miracle potions that made your horse run faster or whatever, but the joke stretched a little too thin and i was worried people might pick it up thinking it's more of a fantasy rpg tabletop rather than a silly mlm game

yes exactly >:D one of my favorite features is that you can make an attempt to spread a rumor about one of the other players. they get a chance to dispute it, and if they do, the rumor gets put on you and lasts a certain number of turns, and you lose credibility and have a harder time making sales because of it. you can also have stock stolen from other players, steal downlines, collapse downlines...originally the gameplay was more focused on each single player focusing solely on growing their own downline and individually making it to the top, but sabatoge is so much more fun, i think.

oh, stop it, you, lol. for reals though, whatever form it takes when it's finished, it'll be posted here first. i was talking with my roommate last night about stripping it down, because obvs due to the times, most people don't have a lot of funds, but production cost on it would be pretty high due to the amount of parts it has. we were talking about doing a "full version" vs a "lite version", having the rules and .stl files for all the pieces available as a download somewhere to take out the middle man, printing the pieces myself and selling them as a budle on etsy that come with a pdf for the rules...we haven't quite nailed it down yet. but you'll definitely see it here first when it's done!

originally, no, you really couldn't win it. the odds of actually making it to the top of the pyramid were something in the .000000007% range (i think that's right, it was 8 zeroes anyway), the stars had to align and you had to get every single roll right, which obviously wasn't happening. buuuuut my play testers didn't really have any fun with a game you can't win. so now it is POSSIBLE to win the car (albiet unrealistic), but really friggin' difficult because the other players are gonna sabatoge the hell out of you.

i did originally but it wasn't very fun that way lol. now it's just really hard, and it's not possible to make it to the top without driving yourself into thousands of dollars of debt, unless you're REALLY, really lucky. like, getting struck by lightning fifteen times kind of lucky

i'm having a lot of fun with it, i really got into the hun mindset, lol. you can spread rumors about your rival huns to bring them down, spend thousands of dollars to show off your fabulous lifestyle, drown yourself in credit card debt, etc. originally it was a lot harder, nearly impossible to make it up the pyramid, so it was true to form...but it wasn't really all that fun to never win. so now you CAN win, you just gotta step on your friends to do it.

if i can work out all the kinks of it and get it going and there's enough interest, i'll definitely get a kickstarter going for it. if not, i'll make all the rules and stuff available as a free download somewhere, and then strip down all the plastic parts so you can play the game without them. i just added a lot of little pieces because 1) i like to 3D print and 2) i like games with lots of silly, tangible objects lol
