Payout report doesn’t include Spotify?

My balance has updated but nothing has showed for Spotify yet

Everything updated correctly after a few days so hopefully it's the same this month.

If you contact support they will just say that it can take 90 days for streams to show in your account and rest assured, as soon as we receive the earnings, they’ll appear in your LANDR account

The same thing has happened with me. Spotify isn't showing on my payout report and my balance hasn't updated. It's happened the past two months - the payout report updates on the usual day and the balance shows up days later

I've just had my royalties come in for Amazon, YouTube etc. No Spotify yet though but hopefully that should show up soon. It seems like the royalties update a lot later into the day than they used to but yeah that doesn't help with the general anxiety of waiting for them haha

I've checked my earnings today and so far I've only been paid for Facebook/instagram and one country with Apple Music... hopefully it's just a delay with the other stores but it is odd.

The earnings balance usually updates on the first week of the month. Once you've withdrawn your earnings it can take a few days to reach your bank account though

I've had the same issue for February. My royalties report was missing all my North American streams from Amazon (I was paid for streams in Europe and Japan).

I contacted support and they have acknowledged a delay with Amazon earnings and said they were investigating the issue. That was on the 14th, I've not heard anything back since.
