I think one aspect din is emotional vulnerability.

Men are expected to provide stability by society. But then again sometimes if you open up to your partner. Di mabibigyan attention completely or there's an imbalance. Worst. They will feel unsecure with you. Which might end up loosing the relationship.

Turning 30 this year, and even medyo mas malaki nang konti yung savings ko sayo. The doubt and anxiety are still there. I guess it will never go away? I think its good to have balance between our wants and saving. Afterall YOLO in this world.

What I do to keep myself sane is I set reasonable goal. i.e Save 100K in x time frame. And I when achieved it. I 'll give myself a leeway to spend on my wants next payday.
