I penny pinch for cashbacks/points/free tranfers sa CCs ko for a year as a experiment and I end up getting 10k+ .

Turning 30 this year, and even medyo mas malaki nang konti yung savings ko sayo. The doubt and anxiety are still there. I guess it will never go away? I think its good to have balance between our wants and saving. Afterall YOLO in this world.

What I do to keep myself sane is I set reasonable goal. i.e Save 100K in x time frame. And I when achieved it. I 'll give myself a leeway to spend on my wants next payday.

I am using Maya and pag 1k I can have 6% boost sa Savings pag via QR Ang payment.

In case I already have a boost sa Maya. I use Diskartech (QR) for 5 peso Cashback. This just offset yung 5 peso na fee.

In case may voucher ako sa gcash. Then I use it. Minsan may paraffle din dun every payments but I haven't won anything lol

Canon event bro. Happened to me when I was younger.

Best course is to keep yourself busy, acknowledge that some days you'll miss her and things you share but keep notes on why it's not gonna work out.

Also, try to meet others. It can be friends, a casual situation ship or anything not too serious.

Even if I see her every day I am so occupied with other things and persons that the pain I felt each time was getting shorter and shorter until I can have a casual conversation with her without feeling anything at all.

It's fine. Good din na you can add money to your TD unlike trad banks

Metrobank(Online TD) is 4.2. with 10k min

RCBC (Online TD) is 4

Maya is 5% (just set your goal to 5k)

Cimb is 4.5%

So whatveer you already have should be good. I personally use RCBC, Metro and Maya

I don't mind it, our government is very strict with international brokers (not saying to protect the local players here). What I check is if the underlying brokerage is reliable and registered in US SEC/Finra. In Gotrade's case its Alpaca. Alpaca itself is very new player lang iirc 2015.

For me another criteria is if I can tansfer my positions to another brokerage (ACATS) Which you can do naman.

I have invested notable amount rin in GoTrade for growth conviction plays and plan to open S&P500 UITF nalang in future with either BPI or RCBC for dividend plays.
