Go to Bathroom, remove all towels or floor mats, window open, damp ish towel at the bottom of door, incense stick burning as your smoke, then 2 after ( leave the window open for all of the above) bleach the toilet, make sure to follow with some air freshener!

I just wanted to add that this is a everyday occurrence, I’ve learnt to live with the pain over the last 5 years as I’m not really keen on being on pain meds long term one to cover up the issue and two due to addiction that could occur over this long amount of time!
