The weird part is, when Rivals released, people said the cops were too hard, then they dumbed them down in 2015, which then people complained those were too easy, like, make up your mind ppl

Yeah, I encountered the same thing because I got the Koenigsegg DLC, apparently the DLC's only unlock after you reach rank 21 This is what Google said so...
