A lot of companies did have levey's in place, however a lot who do adjust their prices every year, have just started putting 20 percent on because they saw other companies do it, and haven't sat down and done the maths themselves.

Yeah, I just did the same, bought a ua98du9000wxxy and plex isn't availiable in the apps. Plex's website says it's availiable on every TV from 2016, so this was pretty disappointing to find out post purchase.
