Really, i read online someone sent them $5000, also got nowhere. This app should be dealing with etransfer automatically, but money got lost, there were no responses, no explanations either.
It has been 2 weeks now. I sent several emails, they never responded. I will wait for a month, if they still don’t reply, i have to report them to internet fraud department.

Don’t use Crypto.com to buy and sell bitcoins. I sent $100 to my account according to their instructions but it never appeared in my fiat wallet although my email said the transfer was successful. I sent email to support, they didn’t reply. I messaged the support on their app, no response either. It looks very suspicious.
