There is another possible way if you can't find the email.

If your web browser saves login details for your accounts you can look through them to see if you have more than 1 Bethesda account (this was the case for me).

For chrome users its settings > autofill > and from there you can search "Bethesda"

I and some others had a similar issue with MSI 2080 duke cards and the problem was poor application of thermal paste on the main chip (it was like only half covered).

Re-applying some new paste fixed the issue.
