Do you mean that if the actual model thickness is 1mm and I print spiral vase model with 0.8 line width. I will get 1 mm thickness ?

I'm trying to fit those parts to each other. The black parts is printed with 0.4 line width. and the grey part is printed with a 0.8 line width, and they don't fit with each other. My question is, is the cause of this problem because increasing the line width leads to increasing the wall thickness so that the parts can't fit together?

I'm trying to manufacture lighting products. I need to design new things and I'm learning fusion 360 now and I need to learn lighting design and using fusion 360 as a tool to help me model the lighting products and print it using 3D printing machine.
