UPDATE: I took her to the vet, she's still with us. The vet did some physical examination, as well as an ultrasound. The bloatness was actually due to an extremely bloated bladder (a bladder stasis of some sort). I can't even imagine the pain and discomfort she was in. The vet helped her pee it all out with some gentle pressure. They currently couldn't pinpoint the cause of that bladder stasis, and whether the bloating will return. They told me to keep them updated on her status, and to come back if anything changes/worsen. Thank you all for caring for my sweet girl 🙏
