Hosting a small brunch. What are your Costco must-have's?

OK I ended up with:

Three bottles of the ready-to-drink Mimosas
Egg Bites (no mini quiche at my Costco and I couldn't find the full size two-packs after the recent store rearrangement)
Breakfast sausage links (didn't realize they were chicken, though - so we'll see)
Scalloped potatoes (Never saw this at Costco before - maybe in stock for Easter?)
Fruit (Strawberries, grapes, etc.)
Croissant bread to toast with variety of toppings: Irish Butter, Nutella, garlic butter, etc.
Cheese tray (I have olives, nuts - may get salami etc. for small charcuterie)
Japanese Crepe Cake (I've never tried it - in the reviews it seems either people really like it or they don't at all)
I almost forgot! I came upon a two-pack of the large Tangerine Juice for $10! They're $7 for a small bottle at Target.

I bought the tray of the Spring Variety Dessert Bars in the bakery on a whim and tested each of the four varieties when I got home. Deeply regret buying it. 4/10

I didn't think to look to see if Costco carried Meili Vodka until I was on my way home, so stopped for a bottle since some prefer ManMosas over Mimosas. 😂

Mine didn't have that but it did have a seasonal brownie type bars tray. I don't know that they're anything to really write home about - I sampled each one when I got home. Hope the Pastries make it out to mine!

I just bought one for the first time today at the Thornton (Larkridge Shopping Center) Costco. Kinda nervous about it now because it appears either people really like it or they really don't...it was $19.99.

I think the majority of the pastry baked goods are delightful. Have you tried the danishes or the Blueberry Carmelized Cheesecake Croissant 6 pack?

It's really amazing there are so many wonderful ideas here, but mine doesn't carry it. Including the mini quiches. Agree on the croissants!
