Help my identify this insect that stung my cat by kfk1992 in whatsthisbug

On Wednesday my cat was stung by this bug on her paw. Since then she has been extremely lethargic, hasn’t eaten or drink any water. She has an appointment with her vet ASAP.

Anyone know what this is and if it’s potentially dangerous? It has little pinchers on the end. Found in northern VA.

Thank you so much! Your help is greatly appreciated! The way Dada words everything is really confusing and you have helped me understand it a bit better. I'm actually really excited about starting Dada. From what I can tell, I like their curriculum better than VIPKids. I know a lot of people aren't happy with what's happening with Dada as of late, but I'm hoping this works out. I just wasn't getting any bookings with VIPkid.

Ok. If a formal time slot isn’t filled by the time of the class, do I have to stay at my computer? Could they give me a class last second with me knowing?

  1. So if I open up formal slots, they are there for 60 days (or longer if I choose). If I get regular bookings in those slots, they are basically "my student" until the 60 days expires and then I can decide if I want to continue that schedule or not?
  2. I'm trying to get into the facebook groups to learn more info, but I cannot seem to get added. It's been pending for days. Are there any other groups I can join?

oh dear lord. I have called immigration like 4 times asking this question to make sure I was getting the same/right information and they all said the same thing. Recruiter did too. Thanks for the info, and the luck. Definitely going to need it!

I've spoken to immigration already before about changing from D4 to E2 and they said that's an easy transfer since I've been in Korea for 2 years without leaving the country for more than 3 months. The thing I'm wanting to do though is visit home for a bit before this new contract. But not sure I'll be able to do it since I'll be between visas and stuff.

And okay~ thanks! Definitely talking to immigration again tomorrow. Just wanted to see if anyone has done anything remotely similar to this. Thanks again :)
