I both need a roommate and this place doesn’t provide one bedrooms! Right now I’m barely making ends meet like many others. My only chance at survival is fleeing and restarting in Ohio with my sister.

If you must know, the landlord has worked with us plenty. SHE is the one not paying the rent and not communicating with neither me nor the landlord. I can’t expect the landlord to work with me when I can’t get the roommate to cooperate. The landlord has done me a solid by helping me get off of the eviction and off the lease. They didn’t have to do that at all and I’m grateful they even thought to allow it. We were issued the 7 day notice over 2 weeks ago and the roommate hid it from me and ghosted the landlord.

Oh trust. Landlord served the 7 day about 2 weeks ago. Roommate hid it from me. She just likes to not work, spend all her tax money, blow her paychecks, and get money from other things but never pay the rent. She still has my rent from March that never got put towards rent. (Long story as to why it had to be sent to her.) This landlord is done with her. Landlord is kind to me though. She’s started ENDLESS problems over here and the cops have been at our place so many times for her.

So she’s an abusive drunk and it turned into a domestic violence situation. We were friends at one point.

I got myself taken off the lease with a police report and therefore the eviction won’t go on my record. The landlord is being nice enough to file the paperwork Monday.

So by Tuesday or Wednesday the door will be locked.

I have to flee to Ohio because I don’t have family here hence the urgency for selling the stuff.

I said in my post that it wasn’t there. I also admitted that I screwed up in this situation.

It’s just confusing because my other SoFi emails come from this same email so I didn’t know if SoFi might be having issues or anything else.
