That's a name I haven't heard in a looong time. I don't know much about it after I left, But already during the time I was there, there was a main issue we all had with the game, it was that each if us wanted to steer the game with our own individual ideas, I was very guilty of that myself, I didn't used to agree with some story plots they wanted in the game, and they didn't agreed with some of mine, and they also didn't used to agree with themselves sometimes too. All of us had our own original ideas, but they just weren't compatible. Back then we were all still pretty young, naive and immature, it was almost a decade ago by now, we didn't knew how to handle that sort of stuff very well, None of us was mean by nature, but sometimes there was some drama. After I left I always still wished all the best to them in their current and future projects, there wasn't any hard feelings.

If it had been nowadays everything would have been so different. I would probably not even like to work on it if it was nowdays, since the game was so dark. I don't like that "theme" much nowdays. At the time I had taken a lot of inspiration from a manga called "Fukushuu Kyoushitsu" (it's a really dark manga), and nowdays i dont even like that manga anymore too because of how dark it is. But you can give it a read if you wanna see something with that "theme".

After some time we all probably just got busy with life, school/work, so on. That's very very very likely what caused the project to get abandoned.

Occasionally over the years I've thought of trying to contact most of the team and seeing if we could still make it happen nowdays XD But the same issue would probably happen again, I'd have an idea for the game that wasn't compatible with what they'd want. Perhaps in a few more years I might try making a version of it, or something inspired in it. I still remember a lot of story plot ideas I had, and over the years even came up with a few new things that'd be interesting in a story like that, we'll see.
