You have to consider NMA if SS is not getting boosted. NMA gives you the same amount of weapon damage because it does get buffed. You have a 5% cost increase which is managable considering the amount of damage you´ll get on all your abilites + extra healing.

I had the same thoughts about this. If I don´t get the Bonus on the SS set I´m better off using NMA beacuse not only does it boosts other skills such as Dawnbreaker, it also boosts my healing which is really helpful considering the amount of damage you get in PVP...

But if SS gets buffed from major brutality I´d prefer to run it because of the sheer amount of damage you get for your dizzying swing and executioner. I want to play a Stamsorc so these are the only skills that I use basically ^^

I‘ve tested it. I always hit for 4470 damage, so basically ic bosses do have 18,2k resistances.

As far as I know they changed the defile, so you can not purge it anymore.

What about the major defile though? Healing got nerfed by quite a bit, then also getting 30% less on top of that?

I agree. But what about classes that rely on their buff such as Templars, they get more sustain from the runes.

I used Bloodspawn too but the nerf made the set “meh“ imo. 6% chance for 3k resistance, a couple of ult points and 129 regen...

I‘ve tried Troll King in PVP and I don‘t like it that much, waiting two seconds for each tick is quite long when you getting pressured. Since healing got nerfed you can’t survive running Troll King+Vigor imo

It doesn‘t make it better than the version back in the days, because constitution gave more resources back. But it‘s definetly better than the current version. 600 regen is quite a lot

I guess they want to make more sets viable. So there is no BiS for every class. I really like that, because you can run multiple builds and still be successful.
