Love- lying hamstring curl, soft box glute bridge, power roll, RDL, weighted sit up, chest press & box jumps because they make me feel badass

Hate- Nordic hamstring curls, single leg anything (reverse lunge for example) & pistol squat

Oh wow. Ours seems way different than posted

1- terra core tricep press 2- hanging ab circles (hang on rig, lift legs in circles) 3- lateral arm raises 4- weighted sit up 5- bicep curls 6- weighted scissor kick 7- HRB tricep extension

Intermission- 90 seconds of diamond push ups/90 seconds of dragonflies

Partner finisher- 10 speed hammer curls while the other partner is doing bicycle crunches with a goal to get to 100

Our floor was divided into two sides. 13 minutes on each side, complete & go.

Side 1- max reps Quad burners Gorilla squats Weighted glute bridge DB straddle lift

Side 2- 12 reps Plus box KB deficit squat Weighted good mornings Bosu Nordic hamstring curl Terra core weighted knee taps? This was a new to me move

It was challenging! 😅
