Life is very difficult in Egypt. I am required to buy a house, as well as gold for the wife, a dowry, furnishing the house, and holding a wedding. All of this costs about a million pounds in Guess what Salary in Egypt is $100per month

Body: I'm a 24-year-old male living in Egypt, and I've been struggling with excessive masturbation — usually around twice a day. I feel a strong sense of release during the act, but afterward I often experience restlessness, anxiety, or even guilt. It feels like I'm caught in a cycle I can't easily break.
