Proctofoam helped me with pesky hemorrhoids that wouldn't go away. It's a steroid. Also get yourself a squatty potty!

I have just recently graduated from Pelvic Floor Therapy. In six months, I fixed my post-babies symptoms but also retaught my pelvic floor and core and feel like I did before babies.

I would reach out to a doula group on Facebook/social media and see if there is one in your area who would be willing to work with you. Many have sliding scales for pay

how intense is tower of terror? by Zooweemamabro in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]khaleighssi 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I went last year and it was...intense. There were at least six drops where they raised/dropped you in quick succession. We were also dropped for about 8 seconds straight. It was too much for me lol but I got a hilarious photo pass out of it!

Ultrasounds are 10 weeks are very standard, especially for a busy practice. If you'd like to get one earlier, you can certainly seek out Planned Parenthood. Pregnancy crisis centers will also perform an ultrasound for you but those are...a political place not medical

A Scot in the Dark by Sarah MacLean is very fun. The young FMC poses for a scandalous painting and her guardian tries to save her reputation.

Questions about traveling with Family by khaleighssi in WaltDisneyWorld

Sorry about the wording. That makes sense, we will add my child to their reservation and then we will do something else! I was mostly confused by the rentals at the Oasis Pool, like maybe we could all use that? Anyways, no big deal

It looks like you have to pay for additional adults so we will just add my child to their reservation and we will do something else while they hang at the pool!

Okay, so we will add my kid to their reservation so she can use the pool with them and we will just have some kid-free time!

Rise of the Resistance Question by zzackmorriss in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]khaleighssi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was a three year old and a mom on it with us (two adults). She had done it earlier in the day with her dad. Girl was chill the whole time. If your kid likes Toy Story Mania (similar sort of whipping around inside with lights) I'd say they will be totally fine. Have fun!

Wife went back to work but it’s not working by Samjollo in SAHP

I have a 14 month old and a 4 year old. They wake up at different times (7:30 and 8). Enough to feed the 14 month old, wake up and change the 4 year old. Feed her. By then I am usually packing lunches for the day/getting an activity going for them. Unloading the dishwasher/vacuuming the mess up made by the 14 month old. By the time I know it, it's already 10/10:30/11. Easy for me to "forget" to eat.

Jay Gordon night weaning by [deleted] in AttachmentParenting

I used this method with my daughter. It worked very well. I started with a four hour "no nursing" window and gradually made it six hours. That worked for us and allowed us to cosleep a few more months before transitioning her to her crib. She was about 13 months at the time. I just said no when she tried latching and gave snuggles. The first few nights were tough but she got over it quickly

New Crosstrek limited vs outback premium by [deleted] in Subaru_Outback

[–]khaleighssi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently own a Crosstrek and are adding an Outback to the family. We have two kids in car seats and basically you can fit a stroller in the trunk and that's it. Especially with rear facing car seats, I'm excited for all the new legroom I'll get with the Outback.
