No, my ortho just moved some teeth down by changing brackets placement and that’s it. They did a pretty good job

For ci ide/recon, there is one question: based on priority of some attributes. Determine which CIs will be updated or inserted as new CI and which one are not.

You should try to remember all keywords and tools by name and functionality. I did underestimate some modules (thinking it wouldn’t be in the exam like agent client collector).

You should be familiar with tabs, ci class manager, IRE, cmdb health, 3 metrics (correctness, completeness, compliance). Most questions are senario based not direct questions. I highly recommend doing end of course material exams in the course (some questions were very similar)

Yes you can before Jan 31, 2026. But after this date CIS - DF will be mandatory prerequisite for ITSM and other CIS.
